About Me
My name is Kristi Underwood Exum, and I am thrilled to be the elementary principal in my home town! I was a member of the Seymour High School 1983 graduating class.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Education Degree at Midwestern State University with teaching certifications in secondary English and theater arts. I taught in grades 4-12 for 15 years before pursuing my Masters Degree in Educational Administration, which I completed at Tarleton State University.
I am married to Tim Exum, and we have three children: Taylor, Addie, and Si. Our family enjoys music very much. We have a music ministry and frequently travel to area churches to lead worship.
We also love to take vacations to the mountains. We are especially fond of Cloudcroft, Red River, and Ruidoso, New Mexico.
We are blessed to be part of Seymour ISD and this fine community.
