Parent Resources-Parent Portal

Seymour ISD would like to encourage all parents/guardians to explore the "Parent Resources" button, located on the right-hand side of the web page.  Within this button you will find links to the Parent Portal, Study Island, Custom Typing, Renaissance Learning Home Connect, AR Book Finder, Spelling City and more.  A brief description of each resource is given upon clicking on the button.  The most recent resource added is the Parent Portal.  Your child's school recently sent you a letter with a computer generated id for each student. Parents are able to log in through this portal and view their child's grades and attendance.

Please check Parent Resources often.  There will be additional resources added as administrators/teachers see fit.

UPDATE:

The Parent Portal database is offline between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. to do a nightly backup. When the database file is offline the Parent Portal is not accessible.  

The main Refresh is done nightly at 12:30 a.m. and there are attendance updates done every hour starting at 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. 

If you are logging in for the first time this year and are having problems, you may need to log in as a new user.
